Student Records

The student ID number is printed on middle and high school schedules, report cards, and progress reports. If you can't locate it, and you have registered your email address with us, enter your email address in the appropriate field on the Student Records page.  An email will be sent to that address with your children's IDs and your userid and password.

In order to get a login name and password, you must register an email address with your child's school.

You will receive your login name and password the day after your email is given to the school. To get it, simply go to the Student Records page. Enter your registered email address in the space provided and email will be sent to that address with your user ID and password.

Putting student records online saves the district money while enhancing school-home communication.

Parents who do not provide email addresses will continue to get information in the traditional paper manner.

Parents and selected school district professionals. In the elementary schools, the files will be viewable by the principal and by each student's classroom teacher. In the middle and high schools, the files will be viewable by the building administration and each student's guidance counselor.

Each file is password protected. It is important that you keep your password confidential.

It was decided not to use names for a variety of reasons. Names are neither consistent nor unique. We have a number of students in our district with the same name. Names can be inconsistent. Is the login name Jeff or Jeffrey, Sue or Susan? Finally, using IDs provides one more small layer of security. A student's name is public. His/her ID is much less public.
