Jericho aims to offer students, parents, and staff members the highest level of tech support. For users within the district, please submit a helpdesk ticket here: https://jerichounionfsd.gethelphss.com. Log in using your jerichoschools.org email address and password. The helpdesk is the fastest, easiest way to get support and ensures your ticket is routed to the appropriate technician.
For those outside the district, we encourage you to review the Parent Technology Guide to find answers to questions about observing your child/children in Canvas, accessing grades in PowerSchool, using Google Workspace, and more. Unfortunately, there are some problems our staff cannot assist with: home Internet and home computing devices including desktop PCs, laptops, and printers, personal devices (even personal devices students bring to school), cell phones, and generally any device not issued or managed by the district. If a student lets us know his or her device is not working, we will provide a loaner Chromebook for the day to ensure that instruction is not interrupted.
