Celebrate Poetry
with Mrs. Brill and Mrs. Garfinkel's classes
Mrs. Garfinkel and Mrs. Brill combined two of their classes for a multi-grade
level writing activity. The students worked in pairs on writing original poetry
utilizing literary devices including repetition and sensory imagary. On Friday,
June 10th the students participated in a Writers' Celebration, where they read
their poetry and enjoyed refreshments.
